Business Development Manager

You’ll own the local-advertiser and brand pipeline end to end, from first meeting to signed campaign, turning documented demand into revenue as Selfiestreet scales across cities.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of local advertisers, brands and agencies, from prospecting to close.
  • Run the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiation and signature.
  • Translate Selfiestreet’s DOOH-plus-UGC model into concrete campaign proposals for each client.
  • Work with marketing and operations to launch signed campaigns and grow accounts over time.

What you bring

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development or media and advertising sales.
  • A track record of hitting revenue targets and closing deals independently.
  • Fluent Italian and professional English, comfortable presenting to brand and agency decision-makers.
  • Based in or near Milano and happy to meet clients in person.
